In Restorative Yoga, postures are performed using yoga props [bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps]. This is an extremely slow-paced, calming practice. The entirety of the practice is performed on the floor. Restorative is the perfect complement to your Vinyasa or Beginner class regimen. This class is designed to release tension from sore, tight muscles. Class will end with a beautiful Savasana.
