Community Yoga

Community Yoga is a free weekly class open to the public. I believe our entire community benefits when we practice yoga together. If you would like to make a cash donation, I will submit it directly to The Yoga Giveback Foundation, an organization that brings mindful yoga to veterans. This class first began as a summer class in Moody Park, so you will often hear it referred to as Moody Monday! This is a slower-paced Vinyasa class. Class will end with a beautiful Savasana relaxation. Please register as mat space is limited!
